F-secure Delivers A Safe And Secure Network Environment With Customized F-secure Safe To So-NET Subscribers

Tokyo – April 3, 2019: F-Secure today announced the delivery of a customized version of its global, leading consumer security software “F-Secure SAFE” to the subscribers of So-net network connection services operated by Sony Network Communications under the brand “S-SAFE”. The service-in date is April 3, 2019.
S-SAFE will be available on platforms such as Smartphone / Tablet / PC for up to 7 devices per account, offered as an option service at a monthly charge of 500 yen (tax not included). Users can share the services with family members, meeting the demands of an ever-increasing number of devices, and providing a secure internet connection environment. S-SAFE also has virus / spam countermeasure functions against sandboxes, pattern files, file reputation and phishing using a combination of F-Secure’s security technologies. Additionally, the parental control function allows parents to set the category designation of a website that children can browse, the duration of internet access per day, as well as the total browsing time. Parents can let children be on the network with a sense of relief, free of worrying about internet dependency. (*1)
